Nỗi quan tâm khi mua xe đạp điện cho con
Nhất là lo lắng cho con mình khi bé sắp đi học. Thật sự là một điều tuyệt vời khi thấy con mình càng ngày càng trưởng thành. Bản thân mình lúc nhỏ, ba mẹ cũng rất là thương mình. Chăm sóc từng miếng ăn giấc ngủ, đi học đưa đi rước về. Đến tận năm cấp 3 mới được ba mình cấp cho một chiếc xe đạp điện để đi học. Thế nhưng hết năm lớp 11 mình mới được chạy xe.
Dông dài đến thế thôi, mình hôm nay sẽ giúp các bậc phụ huynh chọn cho con mình một mẫu xe đạp điện cho con mình, có chất lượng nhé.
Mua xe đạp điện cho con trẻ như thế nào mới gọi là tốt:
Một chiếc xe đạp điện cho con trẻ được gọi là tốt khi các thành phần cấu tạo nên xe đạp điện có chất lượng. Khi chọn xe, các mẹ nên lưu ý quan sát những chi tiết sau: Loại ắc quy nào sẽ được lắp, động cơ xe đạp điện công suất bao nhiêu, vỏ ruột xe đạp điện dùng loại gì, tay ga và thắng bóp có êm tay không?
Một sự thật khá là phũ phàng và bẽ bàng trong lĩnh vực xe đạp điện. Đó chính là thương hiệu các bộ phận lắp vào xe. Mình lấy ví dụ đơn giản như khi bạn mua một chiếc Iphone. Bạn sẽ biết được nó dùng chip hiệu gì, camera do ai sản xuất, pin nó thương hiệu nào cung cấp. Tuy nhiên, nếu là xe đạp điện, những thông số đó không được cung cấp. Có chăng là ngẫu hứng của nhà cung cấp.
Việc mua bán lúc này không thực sự có lợi cho người tiêu dùng. Nếu người bán hàng chú trọng vấn đề lợi nhuận. Họ sẽ cung cấp những thông số sai sự thật. Hoặc ngay cả những thương hiệu đắt tiền, sản phẩm họ cũng không tốt như họ quảng cáo. Mình xin phép không tiện nêu tên, nhưng một chiếc xe đạp điện chạy bình ắc quy (48V-12A) không thể nào đi được quãng đường 75km chỉ trong 1 lần sạc. Mình rất ghét kiểu quảng cáo không đúng sự thật như vậy.
Và thế là nếu các mẹ có tìm mua xe đạp điện cho con mình. Thì hãy hỏi rõ người bán, cũng như cần cam kết của họ có đúng như lời họ nói không. Cũng cần kiểm tra sổ bảo hành. Xem những điều khoản bảo hành thế nào. Mình đã gặp nhiều trường hợp các bậc phụ huynh nhờ mình trợ giúp khi không được bảo hành tại nơi mua. Có trường hợp mình giúp được, cũng có những trường hợp ngoài sức của mình. Do vậy các mẹ hãy lưu ý vấn đề này nhé.
Chế độ sau bán hàng thế nào là tốt:
Chế độ bảo hành khi mua xe đạp điện là một vấn đề rất đáng được quan tâm. Một số nơi bán chăm sóc khâu này rất tốt. Bên cạnh đó cũng có rất nhiều đại lý bán hàng không tuân thủ điều này. Nếu như xe máy bạn mua có thể không cần đến bảo dưỡng tại hãng. Thì xe đạp điện lại rất cần việc bảo dưỡng sau mỗi 3, 6, 9 tháng định kỳ. Điều này giúp cho xe đi bền hơn và an toàn hơn.
Mình hiểu cảm giác của các mẹ sẽ ức chế thế nào khi mua xe nhưng không được bảo hành. MÌnh xin kể cho các mẹ nghe một câu chuyện nhỏ. Hôm ấy mình tình cờ đi gặp một người bạn mới quen kinh doanh xe đạp điện ở Sài Gòn. Chuyện không có gì đến lúc có một chị khách chạy một chiếc xe đạp điện tới. Chị ấy bị hỏng bình ắc quy, xe chỉ chạy được 10km một lần sạc.
Anh bạn mới quen này sau khi kiểm tra đã từ chối bảo hành cho chị vì lý do xe chị dùng nhiều và nó ảnh hưởng đến ắc quy. Thành thật mà nói mình không đồng tình cách giải quyết này. Mình rất ghét kiểu đổ lỗi cho khách hàng kiểu như tại chị thế này tại chị thế kia. Tại sao không cùng nhau tìm hướng khắc phục cho khách hàng.
Mình luôn tâm niệm rằng khách hàng là người mang đến cho mình lợi nhuận, mang đến chén cơm, dĩa thức ăn cho gia đình. Không phải cứ bán cho họ là xong, mà bên cạnh đó giúp được họ là điều cần thiết. Hãy thử đặt mình vào vị trí khách hàng, bạn sẽ hiểu khách hàng cảm nghiệm điều chi.
Nếu các mẹ có mua xe đạp điện cho con trẻ. Nên nhớ giúp mình một điều, một điều thôi. Hãy chọn nơi uy tín mà mua, đừng mua vì quảng cáo. Hãy mua vì sự đảm bảo. Tôi chúc các mẹ chọn được mẫu xe đạp điện cho con mình thật ưng ý nhất.
